Vegas Golden Knights right wing Reilly Smith opened the scoring in Thursday's 3-2 shootout win against the Senators, extending his goal-scoring streak to three games. Nick Holden also scored in the contest for Vegas, who recorded a franchise-high 54 shots in the game. Smith has been mostly a pass-first winger in the league, but he already has six goals this season. Only David Pastrnak, James Neal and Auston Matthews have managed more. He's averaging 3.1 shots per game, which is a big improvement on last year's 2.4. This could be a career year for him if he manages to keep it up.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
