Dallas Stars impending restricted free-agent winger Mats Zuccarello is trying to work out a deal with his current team, but he also plans to test the free-agent waters. "We've talked a little bit with his agent, but he wants to test the free-agent market and he's got that right," Dallas general manager Jim Nill said. "So they're going to look into the market and see what else is out there and then we will swing back and see where he's at." Term of the deal might be the breaker for the Stars, who remain in the picture. We'll know more on where Zuccarello will land in a week to 10 days.--Daniel Dobish
