Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Jalen Beeks is expected to follow the opener Tuesday against the Diamondbacks. The Rays have been somewhat tough to predict when it comes to the opener days, especially with the multiple postponed games that they’ve had so far. Beeks has been very good in his 25 2/3 innings, posting a 2.45 ERA and a 24.1 percent strikeout rate. Although the Rays lineup can provide a win against anyone, Arizona is one of the best hitting teams against lefties this season with a slash of .305/.347/.548. Beeks is a solid streaming option most weeks for managers chasing wins, however, this week may not be the week to take that risk.--Zach Alexander
