Mike Foltynewicz To Make Rehab Start on Monday
Mike Foltynewicz (elbow) is scheduled to make another rehab start this upcoming Monday. The 27-year-old, who threw 61 pitches for Triple-A Gwinnett, was expected to join the Braves rotation this upcoming weekend but the weather played a role, as his start was interrupted by rain. Now the Braves prefer that Foltynewicz make one more rehab start and throw 90 pitches before recalling him. That likely means his return to the Braves will be in a little over a week.
