Baltimore Orioles pitcher John Means will get the start on Tuesday against the A's, while the O's will use Dan Straily in relief for the time being. The long-term plan is to have Straily work out of the rotation. Means will not be a recommended fantasy streamer on Tuesday, while Straily will be a very risky streamer in the deepest of leagues when he eventually starts working out of the rotation for an awful Orioles squad.--Keith Hernandez
