Zach Johnson started 2019 in disappointing fashion, missing the cut at the Sony Open. Despite logging an eagle in both of his rounds, Johnson shot 71-68 to sit at one-under par after 36 holes and miss the weekend cut by one shot. The two-time major champion had a history of great finishes at Waialae, which adds to the disappointment of this outing for his DFS backers. Johnson is normally a very steady player, but his 2018 season was marked by uncharacteristic inconsistency. If this performance is any indicator, it appears his game still needs improvement as he heads into the new year. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
