Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Eli Rogers (knee) is expected to begin the regular season on the Physically Unable to Perform list, according to a source. Rogers is also facing a one-game suspension for a substance-abuse violation. He hasn't practiced all preseason and wouldn't be able to return until after Week 6.
