St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Yairo Munoz (wrist) suffered a sprained right wrist on Friday. Munoz was hitless in two plate appearances before departing. This could be serious enough to send him to the disabled list. He is hitting .284 on the year with six home runs, 31 RBI and five stolen bases in 230 plate appearances as a utility infielder for the Red Birds. He has certainly been useful in NL-only affairs.--Keith Hernandez
