White Sox Receive Kodi Medeiros, Wilber Perez
Joakim Soria. Medeiros was Milwaukee's No. 13 prospect, according to MLB.com. The Hawaii native was a 12th overall pick in 2014 but has a unique arm slot and underwhelming control. The left-hander is 7-5 with a 3.14 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 107 strikeouts in 103 1/3 innings at Double-A this year. Perez is just 20 years old and has a nice 2.01 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 10.5 K/9 in eight starts in the Dominican Summer League. Medeiros is the more appealing talent, but it's unclear if he has the upside to remain a starter at the next level.
