Kyle Stanley shot a three-over par at the John Deere Classic, missing the cut by six strokes. A missed cut at TPC Deere Run was not the positive momentum Stanley was hoping to take into this week's third Major. Stanley, who is only five for 14 in his career in cuts made at Major Championships, continues to search for the missing pieces in prominent events. However, the 30-year-old comes into the week with a couple of critical statistical categories lining him up in his favor. Stanley ranks sixth in par-four scoring from 450 to 500 yards, which Carnoustie has seven par-fours falling between that distance, and he also ranks 23rd in greens in regulation gained. At only a $6,900 price tag on DraftKings and less than five percent projected ownership, he makes for an interesting contrarian GPP option, albeit one that consistently struggles when the lights shine brightest. --Spencer Aguiar - RotoBallerRead More News
