Tampa Bay Rays closer Alex Colome had a rough outing Wednesday versus the Red Sox. The game was tied 1-1 going into the ninth inning when Colome was called upon. He was not helped by an early error by super prospect Willy Adames error but he would only last 2/3 of an inning giving up three runs. Now, only one of the run was ruled as earned but he still was credited with the loss. It has been a rough season early on, but Colome had a long leash, as he had tallied 84 saves the past two seasons. Stick with Colome in all leagues, but just know that the frequency of his save chances likely will not be consistent as the Rays seem streaky and not particularly strong.--Jamie Mellor
