Oakland Athletics second baseman/shortstop Franklin Barreto has been called up to the A's Major League team, per MLB.com. The move comes as the A's designated hitter Khris Davis has landed on the 10-day DL with a right groin strain. Barreto has hit .235 with a .352 on-base percentage and a .445 slugging percentage in142 plate appearances with Triple-A Nashville this season. The 22-year-old is one of the A's top prospects and should be owned in dynasty leagues, but should not yet be deployed in fantasy owners' lineups until he proves himself at the Major League level.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
