Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Josh Tomlin will be moved to the bullpen. Tomlin's had a hard time in 2018, posting a 7.84 ERA and 1.68 WHIP while allowing 15 home runs in 31 innings of work. He was a decent innings eating back-of-the-rotation starter as recently as last season, so it's likely he'll get another chance this season. For now, Adam Plutko will get the first chance to take Tomlin's rotation spot.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
