MLB Network Insider Joel Sherman reports that the Yankees are recalling outfielder Clint Frazier from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Over 12 games at Triple-A, Frazier has been hitting .362 with three doubles, two triples, three home runs and a 1.125 OPS. In a corresponding move, pitcher David Hale was designated for assignment. Frazier is not in the Yankees lineup Tuesday and he figures to play sparingly, at best, in New York's crowded outfield. He could find himself back in the minors soon.--Michael
