Baltimore Orioles catcher Chance Sisco left Tuesday's game against the Angels after being knocked in the head by teammate Pedro Alvarez. Sisco was diagnosed with a facial contusion, but did not show any signs of a concussion after the game. He is considered day-to-day, and with Caleb Joseph splitting time with him, Sisco is not on anyone's fantasy radars quite yet.--Matthew Sparrow
