The Cleveland Browns made several roster moves on the Monday after the NFL draft. Cleveland signed quarterback Joel Stave, the former University of Wisconsin signal-caller who has bounced around the league. Since entering the NFL in 2016, Stave has been on the practice squad of five different teams, including the Kansas City Chiefs when current Cleveland general manager John Dorsey held the same job title there. The Browns also waived three players -- wide receivers Matt Hazel and Kasen Williams and safety Kai Nacua. Williams was perhaps the most well-known of that trio after he had a big training camp with the Seattle Seahawks in 2017.--Matt T - RotoBallerRead More News
