Florida Panthers forward Frank Vatrano scored a goal and added an assist in the 7-2 win against the Ottawa Senators. At the deadline, Florida decided to take a gamble on Vatrano, who was known for lighting up the minors but just could never produce at the NHL level, and the team gave up a 2018 third-round pick for him. So far, the trade is looking nice for Florida, as Vatrano has three goals and one assist in six games for the Panthers thus far. While he is only on the third line, Vatrano takes a lot of shots (he took eight in the game) and also has center, left wing and right wing eligibility on Yahoo. In deeper leagues, you should pick him up if you need someone who shoots and can be put at any position.--Caden
