Charlotte Hornets forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist made the most of his opportunities in a win on Wednesday against Washington. MKG was 8-for-11 in 22 minutes. The minutes shortage was due to Charlotte putting this game out of reach early, scoring 77 points in the first half. After the game, Hornets head coach Steve Clifford said, "[Kidd-Gilchrist] is having such a good year. He's playing so well on both sides of the ball. He's playing efficiently and intelligently on offense." It's always nice to hear a coach praise a player on your fantasy team, even though MKG's numbers haven't equated to real fantasy value. He has yet to crack top-200 value on the season but has started to put a couple of good games together. It wouldn't be a bad thing to keep an eye on him as the Hornets take on Miami Saturday.--Wai SallasRead More News
