Golf expert Seth I. Finkelstein previews the third event of FedEx Cup Playoffs, the BMW Championship

If you're still reading this article, thank you. Golf's season should be done by now. I mean, who cares about golf once football starts. There are no majors left, rather a meaningless bogus stupid playoff system. Which speaking of, Justin Thomas won the Dell Technologies Championship two weeks ago (-17) by three strokes over Jordan Spieth in the second leg of the FedEx Cup Playoffs.

The golf season has TWO tournaments left. I will be providing you my DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks for  the BMW Championship. My goal as always is to help put together your optimal daily fantasy golf lineups.

BMW Championship

The top 70 players in the FedEx Cup Standings will compete at Conway Farms Golf Club in Lake Forest, Illinois for the third event of the playoffs. The course is a par-71, 7,208-yard course. Since there are 70 players, there will be no cut. Dustin Johnson is the defending champion.

I will also not be looking at stats for these final two weeks because now it comes down to pure skill. The top players in the world will be winning these last two tournaments, not some player like Billy Herschel.

Fantasy Golf Lineup Picks for DraftKings (PGA DFS)

High-Cost Players

Hideki Matsuyama ($9,900) 

Before the FedEx Cup Playoffs began, Matsuyama was the hottest player. People were drooling over him. Now, after being cut and T-23 at the first two events, he's the sixth highest-priced player. I'll take that all day. He finished T-7 here in 2015.

Rory McIlroy ($9,400)

McIlroy is currently 51st in points and needs to get into the top 30 to get into the Tour Championship next week. He will need a vey good showing this week. I'm a little nervous that he may throw in the towel this week to get to his mum anticipated offseason, but if not, he's a steal at this price. He was T-4 here in 2015.

Middle-Cost Players

Justin Rose ($8,500)

His price went up $400 after a good showing at Boston, T-10. He finished T-13 here in 2015. His price is too cheap to pass up and he's simply too good of a player to be priced this low.

Matt Kuchar ($8,200)

Mr. Consistent has not had a top-20 finish in his two previous starts at this course, but he';s had such a good year.  At this price, he's a must start.

Marc Leishman ($7,700)

What a phenomenal year for Leishman. He's currently 7th in the FedEx Cup Standings so he will most likely make the Tour Championship next week. He's coming off a this place finish at Boston two weeks ago.

Low-Cost Players

Danny Lee ($7,200)

Four consecutive missed cuts leave Lee 69th in the standings. If you're still reading this column you're desperate for a cheap player, but I'd take a flier on Lee.

Rafa Cabrera- Bello ($7,100)

He finished T-18 at Boston after consecutive cuts. He's 60th in the standings so desperately needs a great showing here.
