Arizona Diamondbacks catcher Gabriel Moreno (back) was forced to make an early exit from Friday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. Moreno was in visible discomfort after making a throw down to second base during the second inning. He finished the inning, but was pulled out of the contest afterwards due to back tightness. The severity of the issue is unknown, so for now, fantasy managers should consider Moreno as day-to-day. Moreno was hitless in his lone at-bat during Friday's win over the Phillies. James McCann took over behind the plate and stands to gain playing time if Moreno misses any games.--Andy Webb
