Giants "Confident" They Will Hire Todd Monken as Offensive Coordinator
The New York Giants are "confident" that things will work out with Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken as their offensive coordinator under new head coach John Harbaugh, sources told Connor Hughes of SNY. On the defensive side of things, Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver is believed to be the favorite for the DC role in New York, according to sources. The 59-year-old Monken has worked under Harbaugh in Baltimore since 2023, helping lead the Ravens to top-five offenses in yards and points in his first two seasons. Quarterback Lamar Jackson struggled with injuries in 2025, but the Ravens still had one of the NFL's strongest rushing attacks under Monken. The veteran offensive coach is also looking at head-coaching openings around the league, but if he doesn't land one, he'll likely be back working with Harbaugh in New York.
