Eagles Request to Interview Bobby Slowik for Offensive-Coordinator Position
The Philadelphia Eagles requested to interview Miami Dolphins senior passing-game coordinator Bobby Slowik for their offensive-coordinator position, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The Eagles are looking to replace Kevin Patullo after just one season with the team in the OC role. Slowik was generating head-coaching buzz after an amazing 2023 season as the Houston Texans' OC, but he was fired after the 2024 campaign after quarterback C.J. Stroud took a major step back. As of right now, the Eagles are the only known team to have requested an interview with Slowik for an OC role. A disciple of Kyle Shanahan, Slowik would be an interesting voice for an Eagles offense that led the NFL in three-and-outs in 2025. Philly still has plenty of weapons on offense, making the job one of the most attractive OC positions available across the league.
