DraftKings NFL DFS Picks - Wild Card Weekend Main Slate

Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Jamie's DraftKings NFL DFS Wild Card Weekend picks, value plays, DFS sleepers for the main slate (2025-2026). His top DK plays and value picks for daily fantasy football lineups.

We made it to the NFL playoffs, RotoBallers! Hopefully, your bank accounts are full and ready to spend on several slates for this Wild Card Weekend. I will be playing them all, but this article will deal with the full six-gamer that runs from Saturday to Monday. This is where you can find the most differentiation and the least likely chance of duping your lineup with multiple people.

There are some incredibly intriguing matchups this weekend, perhaps highlighted by the Bills and Jaguars (which I don't think any of us saw coming). If you're playing in two-week leagues or playoff fantasy contests, you'll want to remember that Seattle and Denver both play the lowest-seeded winner of their respective conferences.

Be sure to jump into our RotoBaller Discord! We have so many different channels devoted to whatever you're playing in fantasy football. We also have lots of great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win MORE this season! Good luck with your DraftKings DFS lineups -- let's dominate this Wild Card Weekend slate together!

Editor's Note: The FFPC Playoff Challenge is back with a massive $500,000 grand prize and $1.35 million total prize pool, paying down to 800th place. Here's the deal: no salary cap, no draft, no pickups, no subs. Choose 10 players, and as NFL teams get knocked out so will your players, so choose your team wisely. The 7,250 entries will sell out quickly, and registrations will close on Saturday January 10th at 4:30 pm ET . Don't wait - get your team now and end your fantasy football season with a shot at $500,000! Sign Up Now!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Wild Card Weekend DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Josh Allen, BUF @ JAX ($7,000)

The Bills-Jaguars game is the highlight of the six-game playoff slate. It's a warm-weather January game that's sporting the highest O/U on the slate (51.5) and only a 1.5-point spread. Jacksonville's pass defense has been incredibly stingy this season, but this is a bet on Josh Allen's talent and dual-threat ability.

Allen's foot supposedly feels "as good as it's ever felt," which should lead to the assumption that there are no restrictions on his running game in this playoff contest. It needs to be mentioned that despite the who's who of "meh" that Allen has for pass-catchers, he STILL finished the season as the overall QB1 this year.

VALUE PLAY

Trevor Lawrence, JAX vs. BUF ($6,100)

Speaking of QB1s, that honor belongs to Trevor Lawrence since Week 9 (which coincides with the acquisition of Jakobi Meyers). Lawrence and the Jaguars finished the season absolutely on fire en route to the No. 3 seed, and now get to host a home playoff game. Like their opponent, the Bills defense is set up to stop the pass, but I'm betting on the player here.

Lawrence has multiple TD passes in six of his last seven games, and Jacksonville has averaged 33.7 PPG over that span. The Jags are 1.5-point home underdogs here in the highest-totaled game, so a shootout looks to be on tap. Lawrence arguably offers the same amount of upside as Allen at $900 less.

Other options - Jalen Hurts, C.J. Stroud

DraftKings Running Backs - Wild Card Weekend DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Christian McCaffrey, SF @ PHI ($8,500)

Christian McCaffrey was absolutely stymied by the Seattle defense, which has been on another level defensively against the run this year (remember this for whoever it plays in the next round). McCaffrey's receiving usage puts him on another tier of RBs on this playoff slate, and it's one we should exploit.

Despite being held to 29 yards on eight carries in Seattle, McCaffrey STILL had seven targets and salvaged a double-digit fantasy day. The Eagles crumbled against the run in the second half, finishing with the 10th-most FPPG allowed. The Niners will lean on their superstar, who finished the season with 2,126 yards from scrimmage and 17 total TDs.

VALUE PLAY

Josh Jacobs, GB @ CHI ($6,300)

With the Packers in a QB crisis the last few weeks, it should be fully expected that they lean on Josh Jacobs in this matchup. Green Bay has been fully committed to resting Jacobs over the homestretch as it prepares for its playoff run, and this is a solid matchup for him to have a heavy workload.

Chicago has allowed the sixth-most rushing YPG (134.5) and the fourth-most YPC (5.1), and Jacobs also has five games this season with five or more targets in the passing game. At $6,300, he's a staple for cash lineups and should be heavily included in Green Bay stacks where there's so much uncertainty in the passing game.

Other options - James Cook III, Saquon Barkley, Kyren Williams

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Wild Card Weekend DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Puka Nacua, LAR @ CAR ($8,700)

Puka Nacua has to be the first name considered when picking from your WR pool. He has double-digit targets in 10 games this year and has put on an absolute masterclass this season. Jaxon Smith-Njigba went above and beyond the call of duty for Seattle this year, but he STILL finished two FPPG behind Nacua for the top spot.

The Rams are getting TD wizard Davante Adams back for this one, but he hasn't dimmed Nacua's outlook at all this season. The Rams have the highest implied total on the slate at 28.5 points, and they should lean on their MVP-favorite QB to feed his top WRs. Nacua is worth every penny at $300 less than he was in Week 18.

VALUE PLAY

Parker Washington, JAX vs. BUF ($5,000)

If you're going to pay for the McCaffreys and Nacuas of the world, you're going to need savings elsewhere. Parker Washington is only $5,000 and should be wildly popular as a result, but given his (and the Jags') recent play, he's well worth it.

Washington has blasted past Brian Thomas Jr. as the second option in the receiving game over the last three weeks, posting target totals of 10, 10, and nine in that span. He also has 347 yards and two TDs over the last three, and Buffalo's zone defense should help his target share as he works out of the slot. Washington is a core play in cash.

Other options - A.J. Brown, Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers, Christian Watson

DraftKings Tight Ends - Wild Card Weekend DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

George Kittle, SF @ PHI ($6,200)

If you have the money to spend up at TE, George Kittle has unparalleled upside in this one. The Eagles present a tough matchup to TEs (second-fewest FPPG allowed), but Kittle has 39 targets over the last five weeks. He's Brock Purdy's big target in the red zone, and Ricky Pearsall's questionable status could push more targets his way.

Kittle has had injury issues himself this season, but there's no concern coming into this game. Kittle ran a 95% snap share in Week 18's loss, and figures to play a pivotal role in this tilt with the Eagles.

VALUE PLAY

Colston Loveland, CHI vs. GB ($4,400)

I was skeptical of Colston Loveland coming into this season, but over the last three weeks, he's certainly proved me wrong. Loveland has an 85.3% snap share over this span and has 17 catches on 23 targets over the last two. Green Bay has given up the ninth-fewest FPPG to opposing TEs, but Loveland's price tag does not match his role or his level of talent.

Other options - Dallas Goedert, Dalton Schultz, Dalton Kincaid

DraftKings D/ST - Wild Card Weekend DFS Picks

Top Five Defenses For Cash Games

  1. Pittsburgh Steelers ($2,600)
  2. Philadelphia Eagles ($2,900)
  3. Los Angeles Chargers ($2,200)
  4. Los Angeles Rams ($3,500)
  5. Houston Texans ($3,300)

Thanks for reading, and good luck in your contests this weekend!
