Auburn quarterback Deuce Knight is officially entering the NCAA transfer portal, according to On3's Pete Nakos. Knight was a true freshman in 2025 and tallied 437 total yards and six touchdowns in two game appearances. The Mississippi native was the No. 6 quarterback recruit in the country in the class of 2025 (247Sports). With Hugh Freeze out at Auburn and Alex Golesh in, the Tigers could be targeting former South Florida quarterback Byrum Brown to be their starter in 2026.
