The PGA Tour travels to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, this weekend for the RBC Heritage. The RBC Heritage will feature a field of 82 players, including 9 of the top 10 golfers in the world.

In an article released on Monday, I broke down everything you need to know about the RBC Heritage, from course details to key stats and historical trends. If you have not checked that out yet, I highly recommend giving it a read. As always, if you have questions about any players or the event itself, feel free to reach out to me on social media or in Discord.

With that said, let’s dive into the fifth Signature Event of the season as I break down my betting card for the 2026 RBC Heritage!

Outright Selections

Scottie Scheffler (+440) - FanDuel

Scottie Scheffler opened the 2026 season in strong fashion with a win at The American Express, followed by a T3 at the WM Phoenix Open and a T4 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. He cooled off slightly with finishes of T12, T24, and T22, but quickly bounced back with a runner-up finish at the Masters in his most recent start.

At Augusta National Golf Club, Scheffler delivered his best ball-striking performance of the season. He ranked 3rd in Strokes Gained: Approach, 8th Off the Tee, and 10th Around the Green, leading the entire field in Strokes Gained: Tee to Green. The only thing holding him back was the putter, where he ranked 30th. He also showed improved accuracy off the tee last week, a key factor at this course.

That should not be a major concern, as Scheffler has historically putted well on Poa Trivialis overseed surfaces, with 8 of his 20 career victories coming on this grass type, including his win earlier this season.

Scheffler returns to Harbour Town Golf Links, where he has already found success. In three appearances, he has finished T11 in 2023, won in 2024, and followed it up with a T8 in 2025. With his elite ball striking back in form, Scheffler is once again the player to beat this week.
