Miami Heat forward Davion Mitchell (ankle) will play on Sunday against the Knicks. He didn't play in Friday's loss to the Boston Celtics, although the ankle sprain won't keep him off the floor for more than a game. The 27-year-old has averaged 9.9 points, 1.3 steals, and a career-high 7.7 assists this season. With Tyler Herro (toe) unavailable, Mitchell might benefit offensively. Kasparas Jakucionis, who had 17 points and six rebounds as a starter on Friday, will presumably head back to the bench now that Mitchell is clear to suit up.--Dennis Clausen
