Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 15:
Jaylen Wright, RB, Miami Dolphins
Miami Dolphins running back Jaylen Wright recorded his first career 100-yard game in the Week 14 win over the New York Jets, handling 24 carries for 107 yards and a touchdown. Wright dominated the touches in Miami's backfield after De'Von Achane (ribs) left in the second quarter due to a rib injury. Entering Week 14, the 22-year-old running back had only played 37 snaps with 18 carries in five games this season, but he leapfrogged rookie Ollie Gordon II against the Jets.
With Achane going out, the second-year back played 37 snaps and set a career high with 24 carries. Head coach Mike McDaniel said Achane could have returned to the game, but he also said Monday that Achane may require additional rest. With Achane's status for Week 15 against the Pittsburgh Steelers in question, Wright could be in line for another workhorse-type role. He'd profile as a plug-and-play RB2 in Week 15 if Achane is ruled out.
Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (concussion) was back on the field for practice on Thursday after putting in a limited session on Wednesday. Higgins slammed his head down hard on the turf towards the end of the Week 14 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday and was put in the concussion protocol for the second time in the last couple of weeks. The 26-year-old pass-catcher also suffered a concussion in the Week 12 loss to the New England Patriots and was forced to miss the Thanksgiving night win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 13.
He is trending in the right direction, but Higgins still has boxes to check and must be cleared by an independent neurologist later this week to play on Sunday against the division-rival Ravens. Higgins, who has 667 receiving yards and nine touchdowns on the year, is a must-start in fantasy if he's active. If he's ruled out, Andrei Iosivas will be a touchdown-dependent WR4/flex option in deeper fantasy leagues.
Jalen Coker, WR, Carolina Panthers
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker missed the first six weeks of the season due to an injury. Once he returned, Coker was quiet on the field during his first few games. The 24-year-old has picked up his play lately, which could make him an intriguing waiver-wire option coming out of Carolina's Week 14 bye week. Over the last three games, Coker has recorded 11 receptions for 158 yards and one touchdown.
Coker appears to be gaining more trust after seeing a season-high six targets in the Week 13 upset win over the Los Angeles Rams. He has put himself on the fantasy radar and could be worth snagging in deep leagues ahead of the Week 15 matchup against the division-rival New Orleans Saints.
Jameson Williams, WR, Detroit Lions
Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams converted nine targets into seven catches for 96 receiving yards during Week 14 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Each of those three statistics either tied or singlehandedly set team-highs in the Detroit victory. Williams capitalized on increased opportunities to produce with Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) less than 100 percent. St. Brown was still heavily involved, but Williams had more targets and yards than his talented receiver teammate, and the two tied for playing time with 57 snaps.
The 24-year-old has now posted at least 16.6 fantasy points (PPR) in five of his last six games, with the lone exception being a zero-catch dud in Week 12. During that six-week span, he ranks as the overall WR12 in fantasy points per game, as well as the WR1 in total fantasy points. Even if St. Brown is back to 100 percent next week against the Los Angeles Rams, Williams should still be viewed as a fringe top-12 fantasy receiver and a must-start in all leagues.
Jerry Jeudy, WR, Cleveland Browns
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has struggled to be efficient for most of the 2025 season, recording 38 catches for 497 yards and two touchdowns on 85 targets across 13 games. However, Cleveland's recent quarterback switch from Dillon Gabriel to Shedeur Sanders could prove to be a boost for Jeudy's production. In Cleveland's Week 14 loss to the Tennessee Titans, Jeudy recorded three catches for 76 yards and a touchdown on five targets.
Sanders threw for 364 passing yards in the game, which was the first time a Cleveland quarterback had reached even 250 passing yards since Joe Flacco did it in Week 1. If Sanders is truly raising the ceiling of the Browns' offense, Juedy could be in line for a strong close to the season. He profiles as a low-end fantasy WR3 in Week 15 against the Chicago Bears.
