Fantasy Football Trade Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider trading for or trading away heading into Week 12:
Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Panthers
Trade Value: 49.6
ROS Rank: 42
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan caught eight of 12 targets for 130 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's Week 11 win over the Atlanta Falcons in overtime. McMillan continues to showcase a phenomenal rapport with Bryce Young, fetching at least eight targets in eight of his first 11 games. The rookie set new season-highs (and, thus, career-highs) in targets, catches, and receiving yards on Sunday.
He'll look to build on his momentum as a high-end WR2 with WR1 upside entering Week 12 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Verdict: Potential sell-high candidate following breakout game as Bryce Young's inconsistency could hurt his floor down the stretch.
Nico Collins, WR, Texans
Trade Value: 63.9
ROS Rank: 25
Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins caught nine of his 10 targets for 92 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's Week 11 win over the Tennessee Titans. Collins paced the team in all major receiving categories, building on an equally impressive performance from back in Week 10. The Texans' top receiver has strung together three impressive games in a row, amassing at least 10 targets, seven receptions, and 14.5 fantasy points (PPR) in each of those contests.
He ranks as a top-24 fantasy receiver this season, but his latest hot streak has him teetering on the edge of the WR1 tier for a Week 12 contest against the Buffalo Bills that will likely require C.J. Stroud (concussion) to throw a lot.
Verdict: Top player to buy at a low-end WR1 price. He will continue to be the team's clear WR1.
Quinshon Judkins, RB, Browns
Trade Value: 48.9
ROS Rank: 43
Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins carried the ball 17 times for 59 yards and failed to catch either of his two targets in a 23-16 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 11. Judkins was unable to capitalize on what appeared to be a good matchup on paper against the Baltimore run defense, as he managed just 3.5 yards per carry in the loss.
The rookie has now been held out of the end zone in three consecutive games as the Cleveland offense continues to struggle to move the ball. Judkins will look to bounce back in Week 12 against the Las Vegas Raiders on the road.
Verdict: Potential sell candidate at high-end RB2 value. His team environment will hinder his floor and ceiling.
Kyren Williams, RB, Rams
Trade Value: 58
ROS Rank: 33
Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams scored his fourth rushing touchdown in the past three games in their 21-19 win over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 11. Williams was efficient with 91 rushing yards on 12 carries to go with one reception (two targets) for five yards. The 25-year-old has had a standout season as a big piece of the Rams' high-powered offense and again ranks as one of the best backs in fantasy.
Williams isn't known for his explosive rush ability, but he ripped off a few in this game, including his longest run of the season with a 34-yard gash in the first quarter. It was a tough matchup on paper against a Seattle defense that entered the day ranked third in yards per carry allowed (3.7), and the Rams didn't have their best offensive performance, but Williams still came through for fantasy managers.
Verdict: Sold RB to buy at his price. Williams will continue to have high TD upside on a weekly basis.
Fantasy Football Trade Rankings Values
The higher the Trade Value number, the higher the priority for targeting in trades. Find your players, add up the trade values of each side of the offer, and see which side of the trade wins.
Who Should I Trade For?
Week 12 Trade Decisions. Today's focus is on specific players - Tetairoa McMillan, Quinshon Judkins, Ja'Marr Chase, Nico Collins, Bucky Irving, Woody Marks, Kyren Williams. These are some key fantasy football names heading into this week's matchups.
Using The Trade Values. This is a simple trade value tool, but very powerful. In our fantasy football trade value rankings above, you will see the Trade Value for each player. The higher the number, the higher the priority for targeting in trades. Players with a high trade value number are players that you should be targeting more in trades.
How It Works. Each week, our RotoBaller staff puts together their weekly fantasy football rankings, projections, and trade values based on their research. That information is the core data that is powering the decision-making in this trade value rankings.
How To Calculate Trades. Fantasy football managers will make 1-for-1 trades, or 2-for-3 trades, or 3-for-2 trades, or many other combinations. For each side of the deal, add the trade values together. Whichever side has a higher total number wins the trade. For example, if someone is offering you three players, add the trade values of those three players together. Does the value of those three players exceed the values of the player(s) you are trading away? If so then it's a good deal for you.
