New York Jets tight end Mason Taylor (quadricep) is officially active for Sunday's Week 8 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals despite being listed as questionable. Taylor missed practice on Thursday before returning in a limited capacity on Friday. The rookie has appeared in all six games this season, catching 24 passes for 208 yards and zero touchdowns while ranking as the overall TE22 in PPR leagues. Taylor has played at least 93 percent of the snaps in each of his last two games, but he has caught just four passes in that span as the Jets continue to struggle on both sides of the ball. As long as New York continues to operate as the worst team in the NFL, Taylor will have a reduced ceiling and very low floor. That's unfortunate given that Taylor has a juicy matchup against the Bengals, who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing tight ends in 2025. Nevertheless, Taylor remains in the low-end TE2 tier for this week.--Andersen Pickard
