Michael Pittman, WR, Colts

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. caught seven of his nine targets for 58 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's Week 7 win over the Los Angeles Chargers on the road at SoFi Stadium. The 28-year-old bounced back after catching just two passes last weekend.
He has quietly established himself as the overall WR10 in scoring this season (PPR), and his schedule will only get easier over the next two weeks as he takes on the Titans and Steelers. Facing Tennessee in Week 8 should keep Pittman in the low-end WR1 tier. In his last outing against the Titans, he caught six passes for 73 yards and a touchdown.
Verdict: Buy for a fair value if possible
David Montgomery, RB, Lions
Trade Value: 30.7

Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery had a rough game in Week 7 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, recording 13 carries for 21 yards and two catches for 18 yards. 15 total touches is a positive sign for Montgomery after he saw just six in Week 6, but the 28-year-old has now been held under 25 rushing yards and out of the end zone in three out of the last four weeks.
Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs dominated in Week 7, recording 218 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns on 20 total touches. With Detroit not having as much success in the power-run game as in years past, it appears Montgomery could be sliding into a true RB2 role behind Gibbs. At best, Montgomery profiles as a touchdown-dependent flex option for fantasy managers as the Lions head into their Week 8 bye.
Verdict: Sell if you still can to address team needs
Jameson Williams, WR, Lions

Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams saw just two targets and was held without a catch in his team's 24-9 Week 7 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 24-year-old has been one of the most frustrating players in fantasy so far this season, recording just 17 catches for 289 yards and two touchdowns across seven games.
Williams has now been held to two or fewer receptions and 43 or fewer receiving yards in five out of seven contests. Williams ranks third on the Lions in targets (30), but his target volume has been more than doubled by Detroit's WR1, Amon-Ra St. Brown (61). As long as Williams continues to average around four targets per game, he's going to have major bust weeks in fantasy.
His big-play ability gives him the capability to pop on any given week, but Williams profiles as a boom/bust flex option at best heading into Detroit's Week 8 bye.
Verdict: Avoid in trades, too much volatility
Garrett Wilson, WR, Jets

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said that wide receiver Garrett Wilson (knee) is considered day-to-day, according to Brian Costello of the New York Post. Wilson suffered a hyperextended knee in the Week 6 loss to the Denver Broncos in London and did not suit up in Sunday's loss to the Carolina Panthers. The 25-year-old appears to have a shot at returning this weekend when the Jets square off against the Cincinnati Bengals, but it will likely come down to how much he can do at practice this week.
Wilson is the team's clear No. 1 receiver and has 56 targets through six games played, so the Jets desperately need him back with the team expected to give veteran quarterback Tyrod Taylor his first start of the year in Week 8. Wilson's fantasy ceiling has been low in New York's struggling passing attack, and it's unlikely that Taylor will be much of an improvement. If Wilson sits out again this weekend, Josh Reynolds will again serve as the Jets' WR1.
Verdict: Avoid in trades, too much volatility in Jets offense
Josh Jacobs, RB, Packers

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs (calf) is still on the team's injury report and was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday as he works his way through a calf injury, according to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. Jacobs was under the weather last week and then popped up with a calf injury that made him questionable to play in the Week 7 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
The 27-year-old ultimately was cleared to play and scored two touchdowns on the ground for the third straight week. However, he did play a season-low 55% of the offensive snaps and was inefficient with his 14 total touches, accounting for 58 scrimmage yards.
Jacobs should be able to play on Sunday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 8 unless he suffers a setback with his calf later this week. Fantasy managers shouldn't be expecting another two-touchdown performance, but Jacobs is a no-doubt, must-start fantasy RB in Green Bay as long as he's active.
Verdict: Buy-high if can afford elite RB
Davante Adams, WR, Rams

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams had an excellent fantasy day on Sunday by catching five of his eight targets for 35 yards and three touchdowns in a 35-7 rout of Jacksonville. The veteran didn't do much from a yardage perspective, but created maximum value from his red-zone targets. Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford found Adams for touchdowns of two, one, and one yard as L.A. dominated the game from start to finish.
Playing without Puka Nacua (ankle), Adams didn't get much volume, but the Rams ran nearly as many runs as passes thanks to creating an early lead. They'll take their bye next week before playing New Orleans in Week 9.
Verdict: Buy-high if can afford elite WR
