Keon Coleman Seriously Slumping Coming Out of the Bye
Keon Coleman had an eight-catch, 112-yard, one-touchdown performance in the season opener against the Baltimore Ravens, he has 16 catches for 125 yards and one touchdown on 24 targets in five games. He was benched at the start of the Week 5 loss to the New England Patriots for disciplinary reasons and has seven grabs for only 34 yards and a touchdown in the last two games. During the bye last week, Coleman tweeted "Say Less" with a handshake emoji, but deleted it almost immediately. It's unclear what exactly the 22-year-old meant by it, but fantasy managers are just wondering if he'll be able to turn it around in Week 8 against the Carolina Panthers. Coleman hasn't shown much chemistry with quarterback Josh Allen, and it wasn't a good sign that he couldn't make an impact in Week 6 with tight end Dalton Kincaid and receiver Curtis Samuel out due to injuries. Maybe the Bills will force the issue with Coleman coming out of their bye, but it's hard to recommend him as a flex play against a Carolina defense that has been stingy against opposing receivers in terms of fantasy points this year.
