Christian McCaffrey Injury Update
McCaffrey (calf) is suddenly up in the air for Week 1 against the Seahawks. He was a full participant on Wednesday, limited participant on Thursday, and a non-participant on Friday. As it stands, he's officially listed as questionable to play in Week 1, and he's certainly trending in the wrong direction. Brian Robinson Jr. would step up as the Niners' primary running back if McCaffrey misses time.

De'Von Achane Injury Update
Achane (calf) upgraded to a full participant in practice on Friday. As a result, he has been removed from the injury report and will play against the Colts in Week 1, barring a setback. Achane's versatility and high ceiling should keep him in the RB1 tier for the opening week of fantasy football.

Jaylen Wright Injury Update
Wright (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game after missing all three practices this week. In his absence, fantasy managers should expect Ollie Gordon II to operate as Achane's backup.

Kyle Monangai Injury Update
Monangai (hamstring) was limited in practice on Friday. It was his second consecutive day logging a limited session. The rookie faces an uphill battle to immediate production in redraft fantasy leagues, but he does have some season-long appeal.

Kalel Mullings Injury Update
Mullings (angle) popped up on the injury report after being limited in practice on Friday. He is officially questionable to play in Week 1 against the Broncos. Fantasy managers should keep an eye on his status prior to kickoff. Mullings was a candidate to handle a larger workload with Tyjae Spears (ankle) landing on injured reserve.

Roschon Johnson Injury Update
Johnson (foot) has now missed practice for two days in a row. He could re-join the team Saturday, but as it stands, the backup is trending toward missing Week 1 against the Vikings. If so, Chicago would place a heavy emphasis on Monangai as the direct backup to D'Andre Swift.

Jordan James Injury Update
James (finger) was a limited participant in all three practices this week, and he may have to wait a little longer for his NFL debut. The rookie running back is officially listed as doubtful heading into Sunday's clash with the Seahawks. If McCaffrey and James are both inactive this week, the Niners would call upon Robinson and Isaac Guerendo to lead their backfield.

Tyler Goodson Injury Update
Goodson (elbow) is officially questionable for Week 1 after being a limited participant for three consecutive practices. This isn't a major loss for the Colts, who presumably intend to proceed with Jonathan Taylor and D.J. Giddens atop their depth chart anyway.

Sione Vaki Injury Update
Vaki (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 1 against the Packers. Craig Reynolds will slot in as the Lions' No. 3 running back behind Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery.

Zavier Scott Injury Update
Scott (ankle) has now missed two consecutive practices, casting doubt on his availability for Week 1 against the Bears. If he does manage to suit up, he'll remain off the fantasy radar as long as Aaron Jones Sr. and Jordan Mason remain healthy.
The Vikings’ estimated participation report today (they only held a walk-through) puts Christian Darrisaw (knee) at full and S Harrison Smith (personal health issue) at limited. It would have been Smith’s first practice participation of any kind since August 11. pic.twitter.com/0dS4hQqQFm
