Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Cole Ragans (shoulder) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session on Tuesday. This will be the first time that Ragans has thrown since landing on the injured list in early June. The expectation is that Ragans will throw a few bullpen sessions before going on a rehab assignment. The southpaw has been sidelined for quite a while, so he'll need time to build back up his pitch count and stamina. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect to see Ragans back on the mound for the Royals until September.--Andy Webb
