Jerry Jeudy, Cedric Tillman Won't Play in Preseason Opener
Jerry Jeudy and Cedric Tillman will not play in the team's preseason opener this Friday against the Carolina Panthers. Jeudy has been healthy during training camp this summer, but Tillman returned to practice last Saturday after leaving practice early the day prior with a minor lower-leg injury. The Browns are playing it safe early in the preseason and won't start quarterback Joe Flacco, either, with him being the strong favorite to start under center to begin the regular season. Jeudy and Tillman should be the team's top two wideouts once the regular season kicks off, with Diontae Johnson vying for WR3 duties. Jeudy established himself as the top dog for the Browns last year with a career season (90-1,229-4) line, but he's merely a WR3/flex in fantasy given Cleveland's QB situation.
