Treylon Burks Fully Cleared for Training Camp
Treylon Burks (knee) is fully cleared for training camp, according to Teresa Walker of the Associated Press. Burks tore his ACL in Week 6 of the 2024 season. A former first-round pick back in 2022, the 25-year-old Burks has struggled with injuries and ineffectiveness throughout his career. In 27 career games across three seasons, he's logged 53 catches for 699 yards and one touchdown. The Titans have a clear number one wide receiver in Calvin Ridley and brought in veteran Tyler Lockett this offseason, but there's opportunity behind those two to earn targets. Van Jefferson and fourth-round rookies Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike figure to be Burks' main competition for the WR3 job in Tennessee. Burks will have to prove he's both healthy and worthy of consistently earning targets before he gets back on the fantasy radar.
