De La Cruz hit a two-run, 435-foot blast off left-hander Steven Matz and added a single in a 2-for-5 day. This has been a month to remember for De La Cruz, who has hit .313 (20-for-64) with six homers, 12 RBI, 16 runs, four steals, and 13:11 K:BB in 18 games. Overall, the 23-year-old star has slashed .265/.344/.493 with 52 RBI, 59 runs, and 21 steals in 331 trips to the plate. De La Cruz may be in for another productive game Sunday versus Cardinals starter Miles Mikolas. He's 5-for-13 with a double, a triple, and three RBI against the right-hander.
