Miami Marlins infield prospect Andrew Salas went 3-for-5 with three stolen bases during Thursday's contest against Low-A Fort Myers. This was Salas' second-straight game tallying at least three hits and swiping at least one bag. Over his last seven games, Salas has posted an impressive .462/.548/.538 slash line with five stolen bases. However, during this stretch, he has hit just one extra-base hit. Through his first 15 games with Low-A Jupiter, the 17-year-old has held a .360/.508/.420 slash line with 18 total hits, a 13:15 K:BB, and nine swiped bags. Dynasty managers should keep an eye on his production throughout the summer as he is an emerging hitter in the Miami system. If he continues to produce, he could earn a taste of High-A later in the season.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerRead More News
