New York Jets running back Breece Hall (knee) is officially active for Sunday's Week 13 game against the Seattle Seahawks. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after logging a full practice on Friday. Hall has appeared in all 11 games so far this season, totaling 632 rushing yards, 401 receiving yards, and six touchdowns en route to ranking as the overall RB10 in fantasy football. Even while ceding some opportunities to rookie Braelon Allen, Hall has remained a top option for the Jets and fantasy managers. He should be started in all leagues as he takes on the Seahawks, who have allowed the eighth-most rushing yards to opposing running backs this season.--Andersen Pickard
