ANALYSIS: Atlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier has become more than a thorn in the side of Bijan Robinson’s fantasy players. The former BYU star is the RB35 this season, averaging 7.4 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. He has had 60 or more rushing yards and scored nine or more fantasy points in two of the past three contests.
More importantly, Allgeier is coming off his best performance this year. He had 18 rushing attempts for 105 yards, a touchdown, and a reception for three receiving yards, totaling a season-high 19.3 fantasy points against the Carolina Panthers. While the matchup played a significant role in Allgeier’s performance, the veteran running back has played well this season.

Allgeier is the top handcuff in the NFL. If Robinson misses time, the veteran becomes a must-start top-10 running back. Yet, Allgeier’s recent success and role on offense make him a viable flex option for fantasy players.
