Ray-Ray McCloud is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for wide receivers Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 2 of the 2024 NFL season.
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14-Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 2% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud III led the team in receiving yards (52) and targets (seven) in their Week 1 loss against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
This was surprising to see as McCloud did not see the field as often compared to Drake London and Darnell Mooney. McCloud logged a mere 24 snaps compared to London's 50 and Mooney's 47.
While his snap share was not great, his ability to draw a target when he did see the field was quite impressive and worth noting. The 27-year-old was targeted on 46.7% of his routes and posted a strong 3.47 average yards per route run.

Fantasy managers should continue to monitor McCloud's usage going forward, as he could carve out a role in a crowded Atlanta passing attack.
For now, fantasy managers playing in 14+ team leagues should take a flier on him and keep him stashed on their bench.
