Nashville Predators defenseman Jeremy Lauzon is out week to week with a lower-body injury. It's unclear when the blueliner suffered the injury as he skated 20:14 in a 4-1 win over the Seattle Kraken on Saturday. He has already notched career highs with six goals and 13 points on the season in 68 games but Lauzon's 327 hits are easily the most in the NHL, 59 more than second-place Garnet Hathaway. Mark Del Gaizo will take Lauzon's spot in the Predators lineup beginning Tuesday night versus the visiting San Jose Sharks. The Predators currently sit in the top Wild Card spot in the Western Conference with a 39-25-4 record.--Brenton Kemp
