Free-agent defensive tackle Adam Butler re-signed with the Las Vegas Raiders on an undisclosed one-year deal on Saturday, according to a source. Butler had 28 tackles (16 solo), five sacks, eight tackles for loss, nine QB hits and a forced fumble in 17 games (zero starts) in 2023 in his first year with the Raiders. The 29-year-old came into the league in 2017 with the New England Patriots as an undrafted free-agent out of Vanderbilt. Butler will be expected to once again be a rotational player for the Raiders in 2024 on the interior of their defensive line. In his six NFL seasons to this point, Butler has recorded 141 tackles (79 solo), 22 sacks, 30 tackles for loss, 36 QB hits, 16 passes defensed and two forced fumbles in 97 games (13 starts). He will not be on the IDP fantasy radar at all.--Keith Hernandez
