Calgary Flames forward Martin Pospisil has signed a two-year, $2 million contract extension with the team. The 24-year-old was drafted in the fourth round of the 2018 NHL Entry Draft and made his NHL debut this season. He has skated in 34 games with the Flames, tallying four goals and 11 points with a plus-10 rating and 37 penalty minutes on the season. He has also spent six games with the American Hockey League's Calgary Wranglers, notching three goals and six points across six games in the minors. The left-shot center/winger has spent parts of five seasons in the AHL but appears to be a full-time member of the Flames as he is currently skating on the team's second line alongside Nazem Kadri.--Brenton Kemp
