Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Willie Gay Jr. (neck) is trending toward playing against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday in the AFC Championship game, according to a source. Gay couldn't finish the Divisional Round win over the Buffalo Bills last Sunday due to a neck injury and he was listed as questionable on Friday's final injury report leading up to the AFC Championship. The 25-year-old didn't take part in the team's practice on Friday, but it looks like he'll gut it out and play through a second straight questionable tag.
