Dallas Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger (lower body) has moved from his week-to-week designation to a day-to-day state. Oettinger was skating during the team's optional practice Wednesday and is making good progress according to coach Pete DeBoer. Oetter hasn't played since December 15, but appears to be close to making his return. Although he hasn't been the same goalie he was last season, he is still a bonafide starter in fantasy and should be universally rostered and started when he returns. Scott Wedgewood will become just a streamer option when he returns to his backup role.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
