ANALYSIS: 3, 2, 1, bust.
Those were Dak Prescott's fantasy performances over the last four weeks. The longtime Cowboys quarterback played himself into the top three for a trio of games before finally cooling off against the Carolina Panthers. He wasn't terrible, scoring two touchdowns and committing zero turnovers, but the yardage total (189) wasn't up to par. Dallas did not need to throw as often to walk off the field with a victory.
The Cowboys, again, won't need to throw to defeat Washington on Thanksgiving. But that is the biggest weakness of the Commanders' defense. They allow the third-most passing yards per game (258.5), and subsequently, the most fantasy points to quarterbacks. They even got picked apart by undrafted rookie Tommy Devito.
With a trifecta of talented of wide receivers on the outside, led by the WR3 CeeDee Lamb and tight end Jake Ferguson, the Commanders will be unable to contain the Cowboys' passing attack. Prescott is locked in as a top-three option for fantasy football in Week 12.
