Our PPR fantasy football rankings for Week 11 are put together by Nick Mariano, Scott Engel, Andersen Pickard, and Brandon Murchinson. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will also find a summary of the important fantasy football injury news for this week. Week 11 Fantasy Football FLEX Outlooks and Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key options in Week 11, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether you should start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

James Conner, RB, Arizona Cardinals
Week 11 FLEX PPR Rank: 47

Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (knee) came back from Injured Reserve last week and turned 16 carries into 73 yards in the team's 25-23 win against the Atlanta Falcons. Upon his return, he immediately overtook the Cardinals backfield, as no other back received more than three carries. Even though he missed the last four games, Conner still boasts the fifth-best explosive run rate, the 10th-highest missed tackle rate, and the seventh-best yards-after-contact rate in the league.

Despite these impressive numbers, in Week 11 Conner will go up against the Houston Texans. Since Week 5, the Houston defense has been one of the best in the NFL against the run. They allow the fourth-lowest explosive run rate and the ninth-lowest yards after contact per attempt. Conner may have difficulty finding some running room and, as such, remains an RB2.

Robert Woods, WR, Houston Texans
Week 11 FLEX PPR Rank: 109

Houston Texans wide receiver Robert Woods (foot) has been dealing with this foot injury for several weeks now. The issue has caused Woods to miss two games this season in Week 8 and Week 9. But he appears to be getting healthier at the right time. Despite not practicing on Wednesday, he logged full practices on Thursday and Friday and will enter Week 11 against the Arizona Cardinals with no injury designation.

Last week, Woods caught just one pass for 15 yards, which makes him an extremely risky option to start in 12-team leagues. However, in a game that should feature plenty of scoring, the veteran is a fantasy WR4 on Sunday.

Quentin Johnston, WR, Los Angeles Chargers
Week 11 FLEX PPR Rank: 93

Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Quentin Johnston will look to keep building up his momentum in a Week 11 game against the Green Bay Packers. Johnston has gotten his career off to a slow start, but his best performances have come in his last three games, with his first NFL touchdown coming in Week 10.

With Keenan Allen (shoulder) questionable, Johnston could end up with a key role in the Chargers passing game. He's a risky option with a low floor, but there's definitely some upside there, even if Allen plays.

Luke Musgrave, TE, Green Bay Packers
Week 11 FLEX PPR Rank: 89

Green Bay Packers tight end Luke Musgrave will face the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 11. The rookie racked up a season-high 64 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers last week but failed to reach the five-target mark for the third week in a row. Musgrave has three or fewer receptions in all but three games this year and remains a tough-to-trust streamer for fantasy managers.

However, this is a week that he can be used as an option off the waiver wire for those in need. Los Angeles allows the sixth-most fantasy points per game to tight ends this year and has given up the third-most yards. The ceiling for Musgrave may be capped due to how often quarterback Jordan Love spreads the ball around the offense, but the 23-year-old is a solid streamer this week against the Chargers.

Rico Dowdle, RB, Dallas Cowboys
Week 11 FLEX PPR Rank: 100

Dallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle (ankle) could have a big game in Week 11 against the Carolina Panthers. Dowdle was on the injury report with an ankle issue but was able to get into full practice on Wednesday, so barring any setbacks, there should be no concern about his availability for Sunday's game. Dowdle soundly outplayed Tony Pollard in Week 10 despite only playing on 28% of the team's offensive snaps.

With Pollard struggling all season, but especially lately, the Cowboys figure to give the currently more explosive Dowdle more chances this week, and it's a good running back matchup against the Panthers' defense. There's plenty of risk involved in starting a backup running back in fantasy leagues, but there could be some nice payoff with Dowdle this week. He's at least worth a wait-and-see bench spot in most leagues.
