Philadelphia Flyers center Sean Couturier will not play Friday with a lower-body injury suffered Wednesday against the Buffalo Sabres. It is unfortunate news, as the Flyers' number one center was off to a very strong start to his season after missing the last year and a half due to a back injury. The good news here is that the injury isn't back-related, and Couts is deemed day-to-day for now.
