Minnesota Twins infielder Royce Lewis (hamstring) is unsure of whether he'll be ready for the start of the wild-card series on Tuesday against the Toronto Blue Jays. He said he still has not run at 100 percent. Lewis has improved a bit but still hasn't had a breakthrough and still needs to see how he feels on Monday and Tuesday. Lewis played in a simulated game last week at Target Field as he tries to recover from a mild left-hamstring strain, but he might not be ready to return to action this week for the start of the playoffs. Not having the 24-year-old in the lineup would be a major downgrade for Minnesota, as he's been a key piece of the offense when healthy with a .309/.372/.548 slash line, a .921 OPS, 15 home runs, 52 RBI, six steals and 36 runs scored in 217 at-bats in 2023.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
