Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that rookie first-round cornerback Devon Witherspoon (hamstring) remains in "rehab" and didn't give a timetable for his return. The head coach also said Witherspoon will be back in the race for the starting left cornerback job once he gets on the field. The 22-year-old has been dealing with a lingering hamstring injury since Aug. 7, but he's expected to get back on the field soon. Whether that gives him enough time to get ready for the regular season opener in Week 1 remains to be seen. When he's fully healthy, Witherspoon should occupy a pretty big role in Seattle's secondary in his first NFL season, but fantasy managers in IDP leagues should be looking for more proven options at the position in their drafts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
